Coaching with me is a supportive and fruitful partnership. I’ll help you get clarity on your goals, draw a map to navigate the path, track next steps as the process evolves, and be your cheerleader along the journey. I have over 20 years of experience as an executive recruiter, yoga teacher, death doula, intuitive reader, and energy worker.
Furthermore, I pull on this wide range of skills to help in our sessions. I especially love using EFT Tapping because it is a powerful and efficient way to transform and shift emotion. Coaching is useful at any stage of life, and I provide a non-judgmental and supportive way to clarify your goals, uncover unconscious blocks, and move forward with intention and purpose.
Each session is 60 minutes long and is specifically tailored to you. In our first session, we’ll gain clarity on what your goals are, the life changes that you’re moving through, and what kind of support would be most helpful. We have a variety of tools available to us (EFT Tapping, yoga, talking, and intuitive reading), and we’ll pick the best ones based on your comfort level and your goals. We’ll outline the next steps and any continuing work or healing strategies that can be done outside the session.

Listen at your own pace to a pre-recorded ten-session series of 10-minute tapping videos. These videos are designed to help you align with your goal, establish a physical routine for working toward it, and unravel blocks along your path. Tapping is suitable for all levels and experiences and is a gentle and accessible healing modality.

Sound Healing Session
45 minutes, $90

Sound’s powerful vibrations carry tremendous healing potential by inviting peace and ease into the body. A sound bath is essentially bathing yourself (metaphorically) in restorative and soothing vibrations. This virtual session will be tailored specifically to you, and I use traditional brass singing bowls, crystal alchemy bowls, tuning forks, and chimes to set the space. Each session begins with a quick chat to set an intention for our time together, 30 minutes of sound bathing, and a few moments at the end to wrap up and establish the next steps.
These sessions are done via Zoom, and I recommend using pillows and blankets, so you’re able to get really comfortable, tune in and relax.

Work with me to create a 10-day EFT Tapping Adventure personalized specifically for you. This experience is designed to help you align with your goal, establish a physical routine for working toward it, and unravel blocks along your path. A goal can be whatever you need help with! Some examples I’ve done in the past include changing jobs, losing a loved one, and running a marathon.
